Product Overview

Security 12-1/2 gauge 4-point high tensile barbed wire galvanized fence is characterised by a double twisted wire with 2 or 4 sharp point barbs placed at proportionate intervals and suited to a variety of containment demands. Mostly used in preventing people or animals from entering or leaving a field. Barbed wire can be used with chain link fabric or other fencing barriers for heightened and stronger security. The reason for its wide popularity is in both it's easy-to-use and economical.

Installation Tips

• Sketch out fencing project first.
• Clear the planned fence line and build a good brace.
• Safety is initial. Make sure that you're equipped with leather gloves,protective clothing and boots.
• Partner. A partner will make the job easier and safer.
• Post spacing varies depending on wire strength. High tensile barber wire can be installed up to 28'-32' with stays. Low carbon wire can be intalled at 10'-15'. High tensile barbed wire could be pulled until it's tight but not too tight. Over tightening will cause stress and breakage.
